With Memorial Day just around the corner, we are taking some time to reflect on some of the things that we are thankful for around us. Our military, police, and fire fighters who keep us safe. Our friends and family. The trust our community puts in us to make them strong, healthy, and able. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The final winter CrossFit Open is in the books. What a crazy five weeks it’s been around the gym. You all had special moments that were unique to each of you, but each of those moments were celebrated by all. Let’s look back at this worldwide, five-week competition that you all took part in. For some of you, this was your first Open. Maybe you didn’t really know what the Open was, but you decided to do it anyway. Or you’ve participated in the Open before, and you knew exactly what was ahead for you.
