Nutritional Coaching

Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program, powered by Working Against Gravity, to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after.

This program pairs you with a nutrition coach from our gym who has been screened, trained and certified to teach you the ins and outs of meal prepping, weighing, tracking and more. Your coach understands that every physical body is different. They listen, adjust and help you learn how to make sense of your own anatomy and relationship with food. Because no two bodies are the same.

Our 30-minute class. The perfect option for the busy athlete who needs to get in, get sweaty, and get back to their day. Each class consists of a warm up followed by a fast-paced workout consisting of various combinations of simple bodyweight movements, gymnastics, traditional cardio, and light weightlifting movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. (No barbell.) Super sweaty, super fun!

The True North Performance Prep Course is a 2-3 session foundational building course led by one of our coaches. Each session focuses on movement introduction/assessment, technique work, skill development, and finishes with a workout. You and your coach will also discuss our style of training, your goals, and answer specific questions. The Prep Course can be scheduled at your convenience and sets you up for long-term success!

Our 60-minute class. Traditional CrossFit at its finest. Each class consists of a warm up followed by coaching instruction and workouts that feature endless combinations of movements that include weightlifting (Power and Olympic), gymnastics, and traditional cardio (running, biking, rowing, jumping rope.) Designed to develop strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, flexibility, stamina, and endurance, these workouts bring the noise!”
