Our process

Phase 1


If we are absolutely certain we can help you reach your goals, the next step is personal training with a professional on our staff. The first goal of personal training is to assess where you currently are so that we can make informed decisions to help you move closer towards your goals. We constantly revisit this step to ensure we are making progress!
Phase 2


As we continue through personal training, you’ll be introduced to movements and habits you’ll start seeing in your individualized plan designed by the professional you are working with. We will also begin to address your specific needs and goals. By the end of this phase, you will have gained the confidence and competence to continue working through your plan with some autonomy, allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life.
Phase 3


By this time you’ll be ready to join our individualized group class with a plan designed by your professional. We’ll continue to build on your competence and confidence to ascend from and develop even more autonomy with base movements and habits while enhancing your foundation of a more resilient mind and body. By the end of this phase, you’ll have gained autonomy in foundational movements and habits as well as additional elevated skills, movements, and habits allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life. You will have gained further insight into the proper intensity of application of those movements and skills and are now working on mastering them.

Phase 4


At this point in your journey, you’ll now have the skills and habits learned from the previous phases, and be able to apply them to a pain-free and active life outside of the gym. This doesn’t mean you will not have been active outside of the gym until this point, but now you’ll be living your life without limits. You may have gotten back to playing with your grandkids without worrying about your back, but you haven’t been able to go on a long hike with the family yet. Maybe you feel comfortable playing basketball by yourself again, but you haven’t yet gained the confidence to participate in a pick-up game. If running or biking is your thing, maybe you’ve been able to run or bike for shorter distances, but not been able to hit the road like you used to. By the time we reach the end of this phase for your specific goals, not only are you reclaiming your active life safely, but now you’re doing it with confidence! This phase is ongoing and is where we see our clients doing activities they once believed they would never get back to doing, and they start setting brand new goals for themselves!


Personal Training

We offer one-on-one training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This tailored approach to training is the fastest way to reach your goals. The sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. Whatever your goal, we can help you achieve it.

Remote Coaching

This is not your typical at-home workout program. This is 100% tailored to you and your goals. Your coach will provide a customized workout plan, regular accountability checkpoints, and some fun to keep you moving and motivated.
