TNP60
This is our 60-minute class. Each class consists of a warm up followed by coaching instruction and workouts that feature endless combinations of movements that include weightlifting (Power and Olympic), gymnastics, and traditional cardio (running, biking, rowing, jumping rope.) Designed to develop strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, flexibility, stamina, and endurance, these workouts bring the noise!" *Prep Course required
TNP30
This is our 30-minute class and is perfect for the busy athlete who needs to get in, get sweaty, and get back to their day. Each class consists of a warm up and a fast-paced workout using combinations of simple bodyweight movements, gymnastics, traditional cardio, and light weightlifting movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc. (No barbell.) Super sweaty, super fun!
Personal Training
We offer one-on-one training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This tailored approach to training is the fastest way to reach your goals. The sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. Whatever your goal, we can help you achieve it.
Nutrition Coaching
Work one-on-one with a nutrition coach to learn what your body needs in order to feel and perform at its best. Lose weight, change your body composition, and develop a healthy relationship with food. You'll learn to establish healthy habits and routines that integrate with your lifestyle and produce results!
Prep Course
This is a one-on-one foundational building course led by one of our coaches. It is 4 personal training sessions that include: movement introduction/assessment, technique work, skill development, and a workout. The Prep Course can be scheduled at your convenience. This foundation will set you up for long-term success.
Online Coaching
This is not your typical at-home workout program. This is 100% tailored to you and your goals. Your coach will provide a customized workout plan, regular accountability checkpoints, and some fun to keep you moving and motivated.
Skill Session
Skill sessions are similar to personal training. These are done in a one-on-one setting and are laser-focused on one specific goal you want to achieve (ie. Mastering pull-ups, learning handstand walks, etc.).
